Subject: AIRCRAFT DESIGN (Digital design of all kinds of aircraft that can be designed with today's technologies, completely reflecting the technical knowledge and imagination of the student)

Purpose: Ideas Fly Digital Design Competition; It is organized with the aim of supporting the innovative ideas of secondary and high school students, increasing their digital design skills in the light of information technologies, disseminating the R&D and innovation culture in the process of becoming industry 4.0 and society 5.0, and increasing idea generation by using interdisciplinary approaches such as STEM.

Scope:

Students studying at all official secondary and high schools in Ankara can participate in the Ideas Fly Digital Design Competition.

Each student can participate in the competition individually with a maximum of one project.

Each student will participate in the competition individually, accompanied by a mentor teacher.

The competition will be held in two categories as middle school and high school. Evaluation will be made separately for each category. Students in the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades will be able to apply for the secondary school category, and 9,10, 11 and 12th grade students for the high school category.

Participants work; They will design in 3D using "Tinkercad" in the middle school category and any digital design software in the high school category.

Applications with student designs will be completed between the dates specified in the competition calendar, and 10 finalists who pass the pre-selection at the secondary and high school levels will be taken to the jury presentations.

In order to participate in the competition, Parent Open Consent Approval in Appendix 2, Parent Permission Document in Appendix 3 and Consent in Appendix 4 must be filled and signed by the student's parent.

Students with disabilities will be able to apply through their parents, provided that they send the document stating their disability during the project process to yarisma@gazikoleji.k12.tr.
